The Resettlement Manager will develop & deliver intensive, bespoke community based support & resettlement services for clients and families who are ready to flee domestic abuse but unable to access refuge services. This may include: male & BAME victims, as well as victims with large numbers of children, older male children or no recourse to public funds. You will undertake assessments, produce and review resettlement and safety plans and support individuals to move swiftly into independent living, as well as ensure a high standard of service delivery is achieved by championing YMCA Bedfordshire’s values, policies and procedures including safeguarding clients and families.)
