The YMCA is a Christian charity seeking to serve the community through its extensive supported accommodation and resettlement work, recreational, educational, faith, schools and outreach work and personal development training.

YMCA Bedfordshire has been working with young people since 1991. Our services and reach have grown gradually to the current level where we now offer 54 supported accommodation units funded through the Supporting People Programme at two central Bedford locations. We have been a delivery partner for The Prince’s Trust since 2006 and we now run 9 Teams per year from three centres serving over 100 young people every year.

As an organisation we are committed to delivering quality provision throughout the association. We are currently diversifying our services to meet the changing needs in our community. This will involve development of our housing portfolio and expansion of programme area delivery.
